My mission is to help individuals and caregivers understand the medications that they are taking so they get the most out of their regimen safely, do not take excessive medications or pay a small fortune for their wellbeing.

By the end of the session, you’ll be able to have confidence that the medications you are taking are safe, effective, appropriate, and taken optimally.

  • Medication Assessment

    We will discuss what conditions your medications treat and if they are appropriate for your health conditions. You will also learn about medication side effects (both short term and long term) and if there are any additional medications that you could benefit you.

  • Medication Optimization

    We will review the best times to take your medications to ensure the most efficacy, evaluate for drug and food interactions, check for duplications, and look for alternatives that have multiple functions which could decrease your pill burden. If less expensive alternatives are available, those will be presented. We may also discuss if your medications are dosed appropriately (only available if specific lab work is provided).

  • Medication Follow-Up

    By this time, we have covered quite a bit of information so I want to make sure to leave time for you to ask any questions, clarify any uncertainties and ease any concerns as well as provide you with a detailed written record of your medications and an action plan.

  • 1:1 Coaching with Clinical Pharmacist

    Full comprehensive assessment of medication regimen which also appropriateness of therapy, expected side effects, review of drug and food interactions, safety of medications, and information about less costly alternatives if available.

  • Unlimited Email Access for 2 weeks

    In case you have additionally questions or concerns that come after your appointment, you have an opportunity to address them.  This keeps the lines of communication open between us and I can help you as you need, so you can feel supported throughout the process. 

  • Written Record of Medication and Action Plan

    A packet will be provided about the of medication use, dose and directions and an action plan will be mailed to you for your own records.  This way you do not have to worry if you missed any crucial information.
